An Electronic Commerce Logistics System and Service method

PURPOSE: An EC(Electric Commerce) logistics system and a service method are provided to strengthen the sales function not the simple delivery business and to enable a purchase customer as well as an operator to check the delivery and the delivery status of the diverse forms for the customer convenience. CONSTITUTION: The EC logistics system comprises a shopping mall(100) selling a product in an EC method on the Internet, a cooperating product supply company(200) supplying the product ordered by the shopping mall, a cooperating delivery company(300) delivering the product, and a logistics operation system(400) providing not only the delivery service of the material products but also the immaterial services and comprehensively planning and controlling all activities such as the packing/transportation/storing/loading-unloading of the product. The cooperating product supply company receives an order from the shopping mall in a web server linking form and a web EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) form through the Internet. The cooperating delivery company delivers the products to the customer by receiving a delivery request from the server in the same form and the tracking information of the ordered product is transferred to the server in real time.
