PURPOSE: A system and method for interpreting multi process, automating design, and managing design are provided to share and reuse the design information by integrating an interpretation solution and a design automation solution with respect to a material being processed on the Internet and linking the solutions with a design management information DB. CONSTITUTION: A user DB(322) stores member information and connection information according to users registered by a Hierarch structure. An engineering DB(323) stores basic element information and automatic design information necessary for a calculation according to work solutions. A design management information DB(324) stores work details according to solutions used by a user and work information which is a work result per each project. A processing unit comprises a certification unit(312), an interpretation unit(313), a design unit(314), a design management information unit(315), and a back end processor(316) and makes a user operate a corresponding work by inputting selecting one solution work and inputting corresponded input information. The processing unit transmits a control during an interpretation or design work to different work, and makes each processed work result into input information compatible to other work. The processing unit makes previously processed interpretation work information or design work information into input information as it is or by a modification in an interpretation or design work, and performs an interpretation or a design of new material based on basic element information and automatic design information of the engineering DB(323) and work information of the design management information DB(324), and updates the work information of the interpretation, a design automation, and design management information in the design management information DB(324).
