PURPOSE: A system and method for transaction are provided to increase a transaction conclusion rate capable of increasing a profit of a client by performing a multiple transaction simultaneous application on condition that a transaction is not concluded based on a deposit and automatically deleting purchase applications exceeded by a purchase possible amount of money. CONSTITUTION: If securities are traded(8), a cash survey(9) is performed out of a security account deposit. If a purchase application amount of money is less than an order possible amount of money(10), a purchase application is achieved. If securities are concluded(11), order transaction details are calculated(12), and a deposit is changed(13), and other purchase application details, which are not transacted, are checked(14). If a purchase application amount of money is less than an order possible amount of money(15), reserved other purchase details are valid and other purchase application is achieved within a purchase possible amount of money. If a purchase application amount of money is more than a purchase possible amount of money, a reserved purchase application is automatically canceled(16). If the securities are not concluded, securities are purchased additionally(17) and a cash survey(18) is performed.
