PURPOSE: A management information system for medium and small-sized enterprises is provided to supply information of a main server to a plurality of member companies by constituting the main server for managing many member companies and connecting a plurality of operation servers and driving servers to the main server. CONSTITUTION: A main server(1) stores management information and system management program for being supplied to the lower group and includes a communication unit capable of performing a data communication to an operation group and a user group, and stores information with respect to all sorts of member stores. The operation group comprises a plurality of operation servers(2) branched from the main server(1). The operation servers(2) are installed in each area, receives management information and system automation program from the main server(1), and supplies the information and the program to the user group. The user group comprises a driving server(3) being branched from the operation servers(2). A plurality of PCs which is used by a staff of a member company is connected to the driving server(3). The user group receives and uses all kinds of software and management information being supplied in the operation servers(2) from the driving server(3). PC users of the user group perform a data communication through the driving server(3) and request a business development, a software development, and a consulting to the main server(1).
