PURPOSE: A method for controlling temperature and humidity of thermohydrostat using temperature priority method is provided to resolve mutual collision between initial control of temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises nine steps. The first step is to check temperature and humidity measured by a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor. The second step is to determine whether the measured temperature exceeds setup temperature range. The third step is to determine whether the measured humidity exceeds setup humidity range if the measured temperature is within the setup temperature range. The fourth step is to return to the first step if the measured humidity is within the setup humidity range. The fifth step is to turn on a thermohydrostat and start operation if one of measured temperature and humidity exceeds the setup temperature and humidity ranges. The sixth step is to determine whether both of the measured temperature and humidity exceed the setup ranges. The seventh step is to execute temperature priority process to control temperature to the setup temperature first and then to control humidity if both of temperature and humidity exceed setup ranges. The eighth step is to execute separate control operation process to control temperature and humidity separately if only one of temperature and humidity exceeds setup range. The ninth step is to count time of air blowing and to stop operation of the thermohydrostat and turn off after fixed time has passed and to return to the first step if only air blowing operation is executed as temperature and humidity are satisfactory.
