An English citizen registration record issue system

PURPOSE: An English citizen registration record issue system is provided to remove the inconvenience due to the translation and the authentication of a copy or an abstract of the residence by databasing all terms for issuing an English copy or abstract of the residence and to improve the efficiency of the administration. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(11) is connected to a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(13). A monitor(14) to display the action state of a system and a printer(15) to print a written English copy or abstract of the residence are connected to the CPU. The CPU is connected with an address information database(16a), an administration information database(16b), and a military service information database(16c). The information stored in the databases is written in English. The CPU loads the information from the databases by a control command applied via the key input unit. The information is displayed on the monitor in a combo box form and printed via the printer.
