2Concrete 2th production using mainly blast furance slag and waste gypsum

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided are concrete secondary products, such as bricks, blocks, curbstones, etc., which have improved strength and durability, and save manufacturing cost by using blast furnace slag and waste gypsum, being not pre-treated, as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The concrete secondary products are manufactured by the following steps: dry-mixing 40-80wt.% of waste gypsum, being not pre-treated by calcination or purification, with CaSO4 content more than 85%, 15-55wt.% of slag powder, 0-10wt.% of cement, 0-2wt.% of Ca(OH)2, 0-2wt.% of stimulator, and optionally sands and coarse aggregates; wet-mixing water with solid in a ratio of 20-30%; curing at 60-85deg.C and under a humidity more than 90%.
