PURPOSE: A structure of a cylinder head gasket of an engine for automobile is provided to easily form a gasket without clamping of rivets by integrally fixing the excess part of a stopper plate to a bead plate. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of a cylinder head gasket(10) of an engine for automobile which is consisted of a double plate shape of a bead plate(11) and a stopper plate(12), the structure of the cylinder head gasket(10) is characterized in that fixing holes(13) are formed on the bead plate(11) so as to fix the bead plate to the stopper plate(12), parts which are overlapped with the fixing holes(13) are cut out in an "X" shape on the stopper plate, and each of the cutout surfaces(14) are inserted into the fixing holes in such a manner that the cutout surfaces(14) of the stopper plate are decompressed to the lower surface of the bead plate.
