evolution process management method by project and system for the same

PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a development process by each project are provided to support the registration of a project to develop a product/part and the product/part to be developed by the project and to facilitate the understanding of the progress status of the development process by each project or product/part. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of previously registering and storing the successive business events for a standard process commonly applying to all projects(S1), registering the project to develop the product/part requested by a user computer(S3), registering one or more development models selected by the user computer for the registered project(S4) and selecting one or more successive business events requested by each registered development model by referring to the business events previously registered standard process(S7). The server sets the business event including the set information as the development process for the development model(S9) as the set information of each selected business event is inputted from the user computer.
