EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF HEAT-CONTROL FOR SINTER IN DISCHARGING-ORE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling heat of sintered ore to be discharged are provided to appropriately control the cooling state of the sintered ore to be discharged by sensing a temperature of sintered ore the reaction of which is completed in a sintering car. CONSTITUTION: In a sintered ore manufacturing equipment which is capable of controlling the cooling state of sintered ore in a sintering furnace(106), the apparatus for controlling heat of sintered ore to be discharged is characterized in that temperature sensors(127,128) and control valves(126) are respectively inserted into final twenty fourth and twenty fifth ones out of twenty five wind boxes(111) installed at left and right of the lower part of the sintering furnace(106), a temperature sensor(129) is installed also on a hood pipe(130) of the ore discharging part installed at the rear of the wind boxes(111), the temperature sensors(127,128,129) are sequentially connected to an analog/digital converter(300) at one side of the equipment and a controller(200) coupled to an opening conversion program(400), and the controller(200) controls an opening of the control valves(126) by the opening conversion program(400).
