CERAMIC BOARD FOR IMPROVED INSULATION OF FBT FOCUS UNIT

PURPOSE: A ceramic board of FBT(fly back transformer) focus unit is provided to break a short generation due to an arc leakage generated between neighboring conductor patterns by maintaining an insulation between neighboring conductor patterns on a ceramic board through an isolation film. CONSTITUTION: A focus and a screen conductor patterns(140,150) are printed on a ceramic board(130) which is settled inside a focus cover. An isolation film insertion hole(160) is formed between the neighboring conductor patterns(140,150). An isolation film(170) is protruded inward the focus cover and is inserted into the isolation film insertion hole(160) of the ceramic board(130). A plurality of insulation hole(180) are punched around the conductor patterns(140,150) for an insulation from the neighboring conductor patterns(140,150).
