PURPOSE: A SD studying method is provided to enable a user to automatically raise his/her power of concentration as well as his/her power of memory during studying, thus maximizing the effect of studying. CONSTITUTION: According to the SD studying method, a user is educated according to a studying method suitable for oneself obtained by the estimation of a studying method diagnosis between the user and a counselor. If the level of the user is over a predetermined standard level, the user is educated by a self training principle, and on the other hand, if the level of the user is below the predetermined standard level, the user is educated according to an eight items system studying method until the user reaches a target level. Ultimately, the user should find his/her own studying style so as to enable to automatically and freely utilize the studying method.
