Method for Lot Database Construction and Management Using Geographic Information System

PURPOSE: A method for constructing and managing a land database using a geographical information system is provided to update a land database in real time by automatically constructing and managing the land database using a land registration map, a cadaster and so on. CONSTITUTION: After a land database generation module sets figure information and attribute information, a land database and a building database are set. A relation table of a land and a building is generated. The relation table is connected with the land database. After that, a land figure database is constructed. A land attribute table is generated using attributes of the land and the building. The land database corresponding to physical changes is updated. The building database corresponding to an addition, a correction and a deletion of the building is updated. Therefore, the land database is automatically managed.
