COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING MUSIC PIRACY SEARCHING SERVICE VIA INTERNET NETWORK COMMUNICATION AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A computer system and a method for providing a music piracy searching service through the Internet are provided to make a user know the piracy by transferring the song information and file for searching the piracy to a server. CONSTITUTION: The computer system for providing the music piracy searching service comprises a DB server(150) storing a plurality of characteristic labels using for the piracy searching, the song information and the member information data in a DB and a web server(110) including a piracy searching program(112) storing the data using for the piracy searching in the DB server and extracting the piracy searching results requested by the clients(10,20). The client carries out the piracy searching through the Internet by connecting to the song piracy searching server system(100). The web server includes an FTP(File Transfer Protocol) server, a DNS(Domain Name Server) and a web operation program. The web operation program searches for the piracy of the song by converting the song information inputted by a user into a query. The web operation program generates the characteristic label of the uploaded song file, and searches the song information matched with the characteristic label and prints out the searching result.
