PURPOSE: A vehicle headrest for drowsiness prevention is provided to make a driver move his body simply while seating in the driver's seat for preventing the drowsiness, thereby improving the riding comfort of the driver's seat and promoting the safe driving. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle headrest for drowsiness prevention includes a seat back(10) formed with a seat groove(11) at a front upper part by an angle of about 45, a headrest(12) mounted in the seat back and having a rack gear part(13) at a rear part, a pinion gear part(14) fixed to a shaft(15) in the longitudinal direction of the seat back to be engaged with the pinion and having an "L"-shaped protrusion(16) in the center of a side, and a coil spring(19) of which an end is fixed to an end of a bolt(17) coupled in a hole(18) of the protrusion part and the other end is fixed to a predetermined position of the seat back.
