A Chinese ink which dose not spread and manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: Non-blurring ink is provided, which dose not blur on Chinese drawing paper, Korean paper, and synthetic fiber ribbons and also dose not blur when fabrics and paper written in the ink get wet. CONSTITUTION: The non-blurring ink comprise 40-60pts.wt. of a carbon black, 7-11pts.wt. of PVA(poly vinyl alcohol) as an adhesive, 15-20pts.wt. of an emulsifier as a surfactant, 0.2-0.4pts.wt. of a silicone defoaming agent, 2-4pts.wt. of formalin as an antiseptic, 0.2-0.4pts.wt. of borneol as a perfume, 3-10pts.wt. of calcium carbonate, and 400-600pts.wt. of water as a solvent. And the ink is produced by a process comprising the steps of: separately, preparing a PVA solution by dissolving 7-11pts.wt. of the PVA in 100-200pts.wt. of the 400-600pts.wt. of water by boiling for one and a half hours; grinding and mixing the mixture except the PVA solution in a ball mill mixer for 5 hours by rotating a stirring vane(1) with bearings(2); adding the PVA solution to the mixture and then grinding and mixing the mixture for 2 hours.
