PURPOSE: A device for reducing shift impact of an automatic transmission is provided to efficiently reduce the shift impact by resilient force of a spring and damping force of oil. CONSTITUTION: A shift impact reducer for an automatic transmission comprises a drive shaft(1) transmitting power output from an automatic transmission into a vehicle wheel; a driving drive shaft(1a) extended toward the automatic transmission; a driven drive shaft(1b) extended toward the vehicle wheel; a connector(2) connecting the drive shafts; plural protruded units(2a,2b) arranged on end portions of the drive shafts; receiving grooves(2aa,2ba) formed on the protruded units; protrusion units(2ab,2bb) inserted to the receiving groove; an oil chamber(3) formed by the receiving groove and the protrusion unit; and oil passages(2bc) supplying pressure oil into the oil chamber oil. Rotational force of the driving drive shaft is transmitted to the driven drive shaft through the connector. Thereby, the shift impact reducer for the automatic transmission efficiently reduces the shift impact by resilient force of a spring and damping force of oil.
