PURPOSE: An aqueous solution composition for the rust inhibition of pickled metal is provided to prevent rust growth that is likely to be observed during pickling process of high carbon and manganese steel. CONSTITUTION: In the aqueous solution composition containing aqueous solution of cyclohexylamines 0.1-10.0g/L; sodium acetate solution 0.1-8.0g/L; aqueous solution of EDTA or their salts 0.1-2.0g/L, the present invention is characterized in that the total amount of cyclohexylamines, sodium acetate, EDTA or their salts is 0.3-20.0g/L, and their concentration ratio is 2:2:1. Above cyclohexylamines is represented by C6H11xNyHz where x and y are an integer of 1 or 2, respectively and z is an integer of 0 to 2.
