Remote Metering Device and System with Self-Recovering Function

PURPOSE: A remote watch-dog system preparing self-recovery function is provided to recover a system automatically in an operation error and increase a transmission rate of data by watching an operation state of a main card through a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION: A power card(1) supplies all the cards with a power. A serial card(2) and an A/D(Analog/Digital) card(3) transport outer data inputted from a sensor or a meter to a CPU(Central Process Unit) card(4). The CPU card(4) combines the data received from the serial card(2) and the A/D card(3) with data of identification number, and transports the combined data to a remote control computer through a communication card(5) and a communication line(6).
