PURPOSE: A wireless object recognition and measurement system is provided to pass an object over a measurement apparatus for measuring a weight, a height and a length of the object, to recognize the object by using an electronic tag embedding a wireless transponder, and to transmit the measured data and the recognition data to an object management system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a livestock measurement apparatus(10), a personal computer(30) and a livestock management system(50). The livestock measurement apparatus(10) includes a digital scale(100), a foothold type pathway(150), a rail type antenna(15), an exit gate, and a recognizer(200). The digital scale(100) measures a weight of a livestock passing through the foothold type pathway(150). The rail type antenna(15), installed on both sides of the pathway(150), guides the passage of the livestock through the pathway(150) and performs an RF(Radio Frequency) communication with an electronic tag attached at a part of the livestock. The exit gate, openable outwardly and locked manually or automatically, measures a height, a length or a width of the livestock or enables to diagnose diseases of the livestock. The recognizer(200) recognizes livestock identification signals transmitted via the antenna(15), and livestock history data. The recognizer(200) and the digital scale(100) are wirelessly or wired connected to the personal computer(30). The personal computer(30) stores the measure and the recognized data, and is connected to the livestock management apparatus over the internet.
