PURPOSE: A method for a linearization of a non-linear pressure resistance in an analogue position discriminating system is provided to detect and utilize information with respect to a contact pressure with position information. CONSTITUTION: An 'A' and 'B' bytes are allocated on an 'X' coordinate and a 'Y' coordinate, respectively, and subdivided, and an input position is detected for detecting an input position with respect to an input signal(S10). A 'C' byte is allocated for measuring a pressure degree added by the input signal, and the allocated 'C' byte is converted into a pressure level area having various areas(S20). A minimum critical resistance value capable of recognizing a pressure added to an analogue position discrimination system from an exterior through a resistance variation is designated and a converted pressure level(f0) is displayed(S30). While a pressure is added to the analogue position discrimination system from an exterior, a variation of a resistance value is recognized, and changed pressure levels(fk, k=1,2,3...N) are displayed(S40). A resistance value(Dk - f0) subtracting the minimum critical resistance value from a resistance value(Dk) recognized with respect to a specific pressure(k) is calculated(S50). An exponentiation value((Dk - f0)¬x) of a real number(x) which is optimally linearization in the resistance value variation(fk) by the calculated resistance value is calculated(S60). The (Dk - f0)x with respect to all pressures(k=1,2,...N) are calculated and added(S90).
