Artificial fish breed ground using a vessel

PURPOSE: An artificial fish reef made by utilizing old vessels or politically recovered vessels is provided which prevents a possibility of flown away thereof by force of the waves, can be easily and surely sunk and gives a marine environment like the ocean for fishes living therein. CONSTITUTION: This artificial fish reef comprises: the body of a ship(10) with a plurality of windows(12a,12b) for entering and leaving fishes on outer side surface; and a frame(20), at least a part of which is brought into contacts with the ship or at least one end part which is fixed to the ship to surround the body of the ship. The frame is composed of a plurality of side frames(22) disposed on both sides of the ship and a plurality of upper frames(26) for connecting the upper part of the side frame each other and constructed at the upper part of the ship.
