Ring Dial methods for free internet-phone and internet advertising management service technique by an internet ID Number

PURPOSE: A method for managing advertisement by free Internet phone and Internet ID is provided to open a free telephone window, when an ID is inputted through a client ID input unit, and display a moving picture advertisement and a screen advertisement related to the client ID on a rotary dial. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server of a service company(ST10). The user selects a related area and a taste in accordance with an ID checking process(ST20). An advertisement update and new joining are checked(ST30). Related advertisement and data are downloaded and stored(ST40). A banner advertisement/rotary dial is output according to local areas or tastes and advertisements are output successively on the center of a dial plate(ST50). A telephone number is inputted(ST60). Corresponding numbers are dialed successively and local area advertisements are output successively(ST70). After completing the dialing, a telephone gate connection and an advertisement output are maintained(ST80). After a call is terminated(ST90), the advertisement is maintained(ST100). The current advertisement timer is terminated(ST110). The next advertisement and font are output(ST120).
