PURPOSE: An aperture coupled cross slot circularly polarized wave micro strip patch antenna is provided to protect human body from electromagnetic interference by permitting antenna to be directed outward, while improving transmitting/receiving efficiency regardless of the position of terminal. CONSTITUTION: A micro strip patch antenna comprises a feeder line installed at the lowermost end through a printing method; an antenna substrate(3) and a cross slot arranged onto the feeder line, wherein the cross slot has an open center; and a radiation patch(1) arranged together with a radiation dielectric member onto the resultant structure. The distance between slots is lambda/4 wavelength of operating frequency so as to form a phase difference of 90 degree, thus generating a circularly polarized wave. The slots are formed to be symmetrical centering from the feeder line.
