PURPOSE: A method for implementing multilingual Internet broadcasting of VOD(Video On Demand) is provided to interwork with a single streaming server having a moving picture file and an audio file of a desired language through a click signal of a corresponding selection signal, so as to view the VOD set in the desired language in real time even during viewing in an existing language. CONSTITUTION: VOD selected through a Web page is requested from a user(S20). Whether the user is authenticated is decided(S30). If not, a membership registry mode is performed(S40). After authentication, the requested VOD is searched in a streaming server and executed through a user computer(S50). If another language selection button is received during execution(S60), only an audio track of the selected language of an audio file for nations prestored in the streaming server is activated(S70). The activated audio track and a moving picture file under playing are mixed in real time through a track controller and transmitted to the user computer(S80). And the reset track control file is executed until a VOD execution end button or another language selection button is received(S90).
