PURPOSE: A multimedia editing tool and a multimedia editing method using the same are provided to connect a partial cell of a provided moving picture to video data, audio data, and URL(Uniform Resource Locator) data in real time and interactively use a moving picture file. CONSTITUTION: A control module(10) displays a series of editing windows in which division cells with a paduk board shape are defined to an output device, and sets a series of object cells in a part of an original moving picture which exists in an original moving picture file. A moving picture accelerating module(20) accelerates the original moving picture which exists in an original moving picture file and outputs the original moving picture to the editing window in case that a series of reproducing events is generated for reproducing the original moving picture file. A collective connection information storing module(40) stores collective connection information according to the instruction of the control module(10) in case that a series of collective connection information setting events progresses and are completed for defining collective data connection information. A minute connection storing module(30) stores minute connection information according to the instruction of the control module(10) in case that a series of minute connection information settling event progresses and is completed for defining minute data connection information. A connection video data storing module(51), a connection audio data storing module(52), and a connection URL data storing module(53) store connection video data, connection audio data, and connection URL data, respectively according to the instruction of the control module(10) in case that the connection video data, the connection audio data, and the URL data are transmitted.
