PURPOSE: A homepage of a lessee automatically generated when leasing a database and a common contents database are provided to input only contents such as characters and images in a web database of a leasing company, generate a standardized homepage of the lessee, compare and retrieve various contents, and retrieve the homepage of the lessee. CONSTITUTION: Lessees(11-13) registers their own contents in a web database(20) of a leasing company using a contents registration tool(15). The web database(20) provides a homepage tool for composing various homepages to the lessees(11-13). The lessees(11-13) links the contents registered in the web database(20) with their own hompages(24,25). It is notified whether the lessees(11-13) remove the contents registered in the web database(20) when a predetermined uniform period elapses. The corresponding contents are removed according to the response of the lessees(11-13) for enhancing the reliability of the contents.
