PURPOSE: A development of a rubbing-free LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) by using UV radiation for an inorganic thin film surface is provided to resolve the generation of dust and static electricity due to the rubbing and simply form the multi domain, thereby realizing the high quality LCD. CONSTITUTION: A development of a rubbing-free LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) by using UV radiation for an inorganic thin film surface includes the steps of forming a thin film with amorphous C-H by remote plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition, vertically radiating UV light to a glass substrate coated with ITO and aligning liquid crystal molecules by an angle for forming 4 domains, thereby aligning the liquid crystal molecules uniformly.
