PURPOSE: A boiler system and a method for supplying heating water/hot water by using the same are provided to remarkably reduce the contamination of water by continuously circulating water such that water does not remain in each water tank. CONSTITUTION: An electric heater is accommodated in a heating water tank(10) and a hot water tank(20), respectively. A pipe(12) extending from the heating water tank(10) and a pipe(22) extending from the hot water tank(20) are equipped with 3-way valves. Pipes(13,23) are branched from the 3-way valves. In addition, pipes(14) connected to a heating water storing tank(50) and a hot water storing tank(60) are branched from the 3-way valves. The pipe(13) is connected to a living room or a room, and the pipe(23) is connected to a shower, a kitchen, and a resting room.
