PURPOSE: A method and a device for a competition trade are provided to prevent improper price by making a buyer input the maximum price and a seller input the minimum price at participating the competition trade, drawing one price between the maximum price and the minimum price, and deciding a commodity price by supplying a profit corresponded to the difference to the buyer or the seller. CONSTITUTION: In a competition trading method for drawing and deciding a commodity price using a computer, a seller inputs a selling condition including a commodity to be sold and the minimum price thereof in the computer(63). At least one buyer inputs a buying condition including the maximum price of the commodity to be sold as a competition trade in the computer(68). A competition trade is closed(69). At least one buyer is decided out of the buyers(70). A commodity price is decided by drawing one price between the maximum price and the minimum price(71).
