PURPOSE: A method and a device for providing a local-based on-line shop are provided to enable a local resident to directly carry out the EC(Electric Commerce) with an off-line shop through the on-line. CONSTITUTION: An on-line shop constructing system includes a web server(201), an on-line shop driving module(203), an on-line shop constructing engine(205), an on-line ship selection module(204), an integrated DB(209) and a DBMS(DataBase Management System)(207). The web server receives a query from a client connected by an Internet network and transmits the web information matching to the query. The on-line shop constructing engine constructs the on-line shop requested by the off-line shop. The on-line shop driving module makes the local resident connected by the Internet network enjoy the EC in case that a plurality of electronic shops are constructed or connected in the on-line shop constructing system. The integrated DB stores the information for the on-line and off-line shops, the information for respective products suppliers and products, the local resident information and the address of the local resident.
