PURPOSE: To provide a strap attaching structure by which a portable telephone set foldable into two is held with excellent balance. CONSTITUTION: This strap attaching tool 200 of the portable telephone set is composed of an attaching tool body 210 attached to a portable telephone set body 100 foldable through a turning shaft 110 and a strap attaching part 230 formed integrally with the attaching tool body 210 and projected from both ends of the portable telephone set body 100. The attaching tool body 210 is constituted of a planar member interposed at the clearance part of the portable telephone set body 100 at the time of being folded and a strap attaching means 233 (perforated hole) for attaching a strap 300 is provided on a projected part of the strap attaching part 230.
