PURPOSE: A method for the job link service is provided for a company to gain easily the reliable data about a competent person by evaluating and analyzing the data about the job ability of many applicants through a headhunter. CONSTITUTION: A service provider(10) offers the applicant(20) to a job ability evaluation sheet and makes a DB from the input data of the evaluation sheet. The service provider transfers the evaluation sheet to the headhunter(40) for the analysis of the data. The headhunter analyzes the job ability of the applicant and transfers the result, such as an evaluation analysis sheet and evaluation authentication sheet, to the service provider. The service provider processes and stores both sheets to the DB. A company(30) searches and pick up the fittest applicant to a position through the applicant evaluation data offered by the service provider.
