LCD Light Guide Panel in LCD device with a latticed V-grooved printless type pattern

摘要

PURPOSE: A light guide panel of a non-printed grid pattern for an LCD is provided to improve the luminance compensation magnification by 5 times in the light guide panel and achieve local luminance compensation at a certain position without attaching any printed pattern. CONSTITUTION: A light guide panel of a non-printed grid pattern for an LCD includes a light scattering grooves of a grid pattern engraved continuously on a surface of the light guide panel with a predetermined interval traversely and longitudinally, wherein the depth of the grooves is in proportion to a light emission amount required by respective positions of the light guide panel, an interval between traverse and longitudinal grooves is in the range of 500micrometer to 1500micrometer, and the grooves are formed in the shape of V, of which depth is 12micrometer to 70micrometer, with an inner angle of more than 90.
