PURPOSE: A pulse analyzing apparatus having radio receiving and digital music playing functions is provided to alert a user when preset exercise is over and measure variation of pulse of the user and effect of exercise. CONSTITUTION: A pulse analyzing apparatus having radio receiving and digital music playing functions comprises a controller(21), an output(22), a D/A-A/D converter(23), a storage(24), a radio receiver(25), a key input(26), a PC connector(27) and a pulse signal receiver(28). The controller(21) compare a received pulse with a preset reference to output an alert or message to a user, to perform digital signal processing and play digital music, and to receive and output radio broadcasting. The storage(24) stores the received pulse, the preset exercise intensity information and digital music file. The user enters the exercise intensity information and selects digital music mode or radio mode through the key input(26). The PC connector(27) performs data communication with an external computer. The pulse signal receiver(28) receives pulse measurement data from an external pulse measuring device.
