PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a build house of magpie at an electronic pole is provided to prevent construction of the magpie nest by using a magpie nest construction prevention bar. CONSTITUTION: A combination belt(1,1') is formed with a contact portion(2,2') having fixing bolt combination holes(3,3'), a belt control hole(4), and a rectangular bolt fixing hole(4'). A fixing bolt(5) is inserted into the fixing bolt combination holes(3,3'). A fixing nut(5') is combined with the fixing bolt(5). A bolt(6) have a rectangular body portion(6'). A connection hole fixing nut(10,10') for construction of a magpie nest is installed at a center of a side of the combination belt(1,1'). A screw portion(21,21') is inserted into the connection hole fixing nut(10,10'). An elastic member fixing hole(23,23') is formed in an elastic member connection portion(22,22'). A connection member(20,20') is formed with the screw portion(21,21'), the elastic member connection portion(22,22'), and the elastic member fixing hole(23,23'). A fixing insertion portion(31,31') is formed in an elastic member(30,30'). A magpie nest construction prevention bar(40,40') is formed with an insertion portion(41,41'), a fixing hole(42,42'), and a plurality of wings(43,43').
