01 Alkalophilic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CMB01 producing extracellular alkaline proteases

PURPOSE: Provided is Alkaliphilic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CMB01 producing extracellular alkaline proteases capable being used as laundry detergents, as well as lipases and amylases. CONSTITUTION: The bacillus amyloliquefaciens(KCTC 1028) is manufactured by culturing a sample having abundant organic compounds in an LB medium, a nutrient agar medium, a casein agar medium, trypsicase soy medium and a Bennett's medium. It has excellent productivity of proteases, lipases and amylases and grows well under alkali condition. Enzymes including proteases, amylases and lipases are produced from the bacillus amyloliquefaciens(KCTC 1028) and its culture. A laundry detergent is characteristically manufactured by containing proteases, if required at least one of amylases and lipases.
