PURPOSE: A river erosion preventing/natural planting construction method of a roll filled with coir is provided to prevent erosion of a riverside and to vegetate around a riverside. CONSTITUTION: The river erosion preventing/natural planting construction method of a roll filled with coir comprises the steps of interposing a main body of a roll filled with coir into a sieve, forming holes(20) on the upper side of the main body filled with coir, setting out plants and arranging horizontally in one or more rows on rivers and inclines, then fixing to a fixture fixed on the ground, wherein the fixture is fixed by driving a pole(60) to the ground and connecting with a connector(70) to fix the main body, or driving a pole(60) to pass through the main body.
