PURPOSE: A voice watch having a voice recording function, a voice playing function, and a voice message transfer function is provided to perform the voice recording function, the voice playing function, and the voice message transfer function by using a voice synthesis module. CONSTITUTION: A user interface portion(10) is connected with a control portion(30). A storage portion(20) for storing data is connected with the control portion(30). The storage portion(20) is formed by a flash memory. A signal conversion portion(40) is connected with the control portion(30) in order to convert an analog signal to a digital signal or the digital signal to the analog signal. The signal conversion portion(40) is formed with an analog/digital converter(41), a digital/analog converter(42), and an amplifier portion(43). The control portion(30) codes the converted digital signals of the analog/digital converter(41) to PCM data, stores the PCM data in the storage portion(20), decodes the stored PCM data, and outputs the decided data to the digital/analog converter(42). A display drive portion(71) is connected with the control portion(30). A display portion(72) is formed by an LCD. An interface portion(80) is connected with the control portion(30) in order to the stored data of the storage portion(20) to an external device(90).
