PURPOSE: A system for consulting a disease prevention using the Internet is provided to prevent a disease before a medical treatment by performing a general health consultation, consulting with an adjacent special cook on an eating method, a nourishing method, and an exercising method adapted to a user through an off-line and supplying a success case and an example of various health methods. CONSTITUTION: A server(50) properly responds to a consultation request of various kinds of eating methods, nourishing methods, and exercising methods by a request of a user(10) connected to the Internet, and manages various kinds of data. A drugstore(20) of each local area is registered as a member in the server(50). A dietitian(30) manages a consultation and a disease prevention with respect to a consultation of the user(10) on an on-line. A dietitian DB(70) constructs a database based on data of the dietitian(30) registered in the server(50) and stores/manages the database. A patient DB(80) stores and manages a clinical history of patients consulted and managed by the dietitian(30) registered through the server(50). A dietetic treatment DB(90) stores and manages information with respect to a medical treating method of various kinds of eating methods, nourishing methods, and exercising methods. A manager(60) manages the server(50) and stores/manages various kinds of data.
