PURPOSE: A structure for installing compressor of heating and cooling system using metallic alloy for hydrogen storage is provided to improve heating and cooling efficiency by amplifying radiation of cool energy and heat energy. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes at least two compressors(104) connected with two heat exchangers(101a,101b) installed to face each other and joined on a certain position on hydrogen delivery pipes(103a,103a',103b,103c,103d) moving hydrogen in a direction determined by three-way valves(102,102') to generate air in a direction so as to move hydrogen; and a buffer part(105) having a fixed air capacity for preventing over-load on the compressors due to air moving from one of the compressors to the other.
