A manufacturing process of environmental purification material using natural Zeolite and environmental purification material

PURPOSE: A natural zeolite derived adsorbent that can efficiently adsorb odor and hazardous gases even in the presence of moisture is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of forming pore in natural zeolite by washing with hot water to discharge impurities out of the natural zeolite, followed by drying; calcining the natural zeolite at about 300 deg.C; pulverizing the natural zeolite to 300 to 500 mesh size and pulverizing natural fiber to 100 to 200 mesh size; mixing natural zeolite powder and the natural fiber powder, followed by forming; and heat treating the mixture at about 600 deg.C for 60 to 90 minutes to burn natural fiber powder.
