Estimation and management method of equivalence coefficiency in cable mindustry

PURPOSE: An equivalent factor calculation and management method in the electric wire manufacturing is provided to calculate the equivalent factor correctly in real-time. CONSTITUTION: A number of key factors are configured according to the observation results of the electric wire manufacturing. The specific formula to calculate the equivalent factor is made by mixing the key factors like the preparing time, operation time, P/O process, T/U process, etc. The matrix table is made with the key factor and the computer program is made for the management of the equivalent factor. The classification items can be added or deleted. The management program uses DB in the computer. When a user enters data into the DB, the equivalent factor is calculated automatically and displayed on the screen.
