PURPOSE: To attach a locking tool such as an ear hooking tool to various portable small-sized equipment such as a portable telephone set in various sizes and various types. CONSTITUTION: This band for attaching the locking tool of the portable small-sized equipment is an elastic belt-like band provided with a bending property so as to splice a belt surface to the portable small-sized equipment with a planar body whose front surface is almost rectangular or almost elliptic in various dimensions along both left and right side faces from the upper surface of the body. The entire inner side face to be spliced to the body in the band or a surface to be in contact with both left and right side faces of the body is formed into a nonskid surface. On the whole or a part of the outer side face of a part to be spliced to both left and right side faces of the body in the band, many elastic ring holding notches are provided in a band longitudinal direction. A locking tool attaching part is provided on the part to be spliced to the body upper surface of the band. To notch parts at both left and right side parts of the band spliced to the upper surface and both left and right side faces of the body, one, two or more thin expandable elastic rings are freely attachably and detachably impacted.
