PURPOSE: A waste matter incinerator of plural-ash-pit type and an incinerating method using thereof are provided to persist a load rate to be a maximum load by alternatively driving a plurality of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A waste matter drop doors(2-1,2-2) are installed at an upper portion of combustion chambers(1-1,1-2). An air inputting pipe(8-1) and a control plate(8-2) are connected both sides of the combustion chambers(1-1,1-2) in a predetermined interval. An ignition device(11-1,11-2) are installed at both rear sides and both front sides. The ignition device(11-1,11-2) is opposite each other. A combustion gas exhaust control valves(4-1,4-2) are connected to a combustion gas exhaust pipes(3-1,3-2) and a combustion gas exhaust port(5). The combustion gas exhaust pipes(3-1,3-2) are connected to a rear side of the combustion chamber(1-1,1-2). An internal of the waste matter drop door(2-1,2-2) is filled with water. A combustion gas side stream pipes(6-1,6-2) are connected between the combustion chambers(1-1,1-2). A combustion gas side stream pipe control valves(7-1,7-2) are installed at the combustion gas side stream pipes(6-1,6-2).
