CHARCOAL FIRE TEMPERATURE AUTO CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD OF CHARCOAL FIRE MEAT ROASTER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically adjusting a charcoal fire temperature of a charcoal fire meat roaster and a method thereof are provided to sense a temperature of a charcoal fire and automatically adjust a height of a charcoal fire vessel according to the sensed temperature of the charcoal fire. CONSTITUTION: A charcoal fire temperature sensing and control device is inserted into a center of a water basin(20). The water basin(20) is installed at an inside of a meat roaster body(10). The charcoal fire temperature sensing and control device senses and controls a temperature of a charcoal which is put in a charcoal fire vessel(40). A charcoal fire height controller controls a height of the charcoal fire vessel(40) according to the temperature sensed by the charcoal fire temperature sensing and control device. A sensing bar(70) is inserted into a fixing groove(52) of a projection member(51), and senses the temperature of a charcoal which is put in a charcoal fire vessel(40) according to a temperature set by a temperature adjusting switch(61).
