PURPOSE: A surface striking repulsive force testing method is provided to easily and accurately estimate strength of concrete structure, while achieving improved efficiency of test by reducing labor and time taken for the test. CONSTITUTION: A surface striking repulsive force testing method comprises a step of installing a repulsive force tester perpendicular to a concrete surface(2) by allowing an impact plunger(1) to tightly contact the concrete surface; a step of compressing the repulsive force tester such that a compression spring(5) arranged within the repulsive force tester is compressed to push a hammer(9), and permitting the compression spring to transmit motion energy to the hammer by allowing a stopper(8) supporting the compression spring to be released; a step of permitting the hammer to strongly strike the impact plunger by the force of the compression spring; a step of permitting the impact plunger to transmit impact force to the concrete; a step of allowing the repulsive force of the concrete to be transmitted to the impact plunger and allowing the repulsive force to be transmitted to an impact spring(10); a step of moving an indicator(4) of a guide rod by allowing the hammer to be pushed upward by the action of the impact spring and allowing the hammer to spring upward to the level corresponding to the repulsive force of the concrete; and a step of stopping the indicator by pressing a button(6), reading data from a scale board(11) and recording the read data.
