PURPOSE: A method of printing a pattern of a T-shirt capable of forming a spandex mucilages coagulation layer between a spandex fabric surface and a pattern thereof is provided. Therefore, the method prevents the damage of the pattern even when the T-shirt is repeatedly bended and produces a T-shirt having good appearance and merchandising properties. CONSTITUTION: The printing method comprises: successively overlapping a pattern plate in which a thin filtering net plate and a pattern groove are formed on a pattern expression part(4) of a T-shirt(1) for expression of a pattern; expressing a pattern on a fabric surface by rubbing the upper surface of the overlapped pattern plate with a dye; and drying the pattern by heating the expressed pattern, wherein the upper surface of the pattern plate is rubbed with spandex mucilages and dried for a specified time to coagulate before the first process for coloring the upper surface of the overlapped pattern plate.
