BLDC Disk type permanent magnet BLDC motor and synchronous Motor

PURPOSE: A disk permanent magnet BLDC(BrushLess Direct Current) motor and a synchronous motor are provided to increase the power output and efficiency of motor by constructing a structure having a large diameter and a shortened axial length. CONSTITUTION: A disk stator(1) is fixed on an outer frame(5). The disk stator is stacked by inserting a core into a slot of a stacked core. The stacked core is layered in an axial direction. The outer frame(5) constitutes a stator unit by using a stator core unit and a bearing(9). The stator core unit is formed by the inserted core and the stacked core. A winding coil(10) is provided between the inserted cores. A shape and a distance of magnetic pole of a permanent magnet(7) are determined to maximize the efficiency and to minimize the torque ripple.
