PURPOSE: Provided are an alcoholic drink using aloe roots and cacti as main ingredients and its manufacturing method, therefore the manufactured alcoholic drink has special pharmaceutical efficacies of aloe without its peculiar taste. CONSTITUTION: The alcoholic drink using aloe roots and cacti as main ingredients is characteristically manufactured by the steps of: mixing 600-800 part by weight of aloe roots, 70-150 part by weight of cacti, 30-60 part by weight of jujube, and 1600-2000g of Soju(korean traditional spirit) having 30% of alcohol content; and fermenting and aging it.
